Operations Field Supervisor 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Scott, LA 70583 • Hybrid work Job Overview Establish remote catering company seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee Cateiring Staff on Client facilities and ensure they are completed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant or food/grocery management, quality control, and safety regulations. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and specifications. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on Client sites to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. Conduct regular inspections to assess quality control and adherence to project specifications. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of grocery and catering services. Provide training and support to team members on best practice techniques and safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of project progress, issues, and resolutions. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant / food service industry. Familiarity with quality control processes and OSHA safety standards. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead teams effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Ability to work on Client facilities on or near GoM. Experience with MS Excel.
