- Bachelor’s degree in STEM field preferred
- Minimum of fiveyears’ experience in manufacturing and quality assurance;
- Demonstrated experience with aluminum extrusion or relatedmanufacturing processes;
- Experience with hand tools (calipers,micrometers, etc.) and other measurement equipment;
- Experiencewith industrial equipment such as saws, CNCs, lathes, and cranes;
- Proficiency using Microsoft Suite and strong computer skills;
- Highly detail-oriented;
- Excellent time management andprioritization skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills;
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communicationskills.
