Bachelor’s degree in Food Science,Chemistry, Biology, or similar scientific field. Will consider ASwith strong experience 2 years of QC experience in a foodprocessing plant. No shortcuts. 2 years of leadership experience—we’re not looking for trainees. Strong command of Microsoft Excel,PowerPoint, and your own time. PCQI or HACCP certification? Bonus.
