Job Description:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance/Sanitation Manager for a foodmanufacturing facility in Wisconsin near Madison ! This company hasbeen in business for 40 years and are growing significantly, addinga new position. They are looking for someone with Quality Assurancemanagement experience as well as sanitation experience, and able tooversee 2 plants in town. This position is ideal for someone whoprefers to manage from the floor, not an office, and enjoysmentoring personnel.

The ideal candidate holds:

3 years ofsupervisory experience preferred Computer skills, analytical,equipment and food-processing equipment knowledge. Knowledge ofquality control processes related to the food-processing industry.

Knowledge of quality process control and HACCP, SSOP and SOP.Knowledge of USDA and FDA standards. Experience with audits Goodorganizational and communication skills both verbally and written.

Familiarity with organic, Kosher and Halal preferred PCQIcertification preferred Food science background preferredFamiliarity with inventory systems (DSI preferred) Familiarity withCapa forms What is in it for you?
