We are seeking a hard-working Quality Assurance Manager forour growing business. Our QA Manager will oversee the activity of thequality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, andmaintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for theorganization’s products and/or development processes before thefinished products reaches customers.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train quality assurance staff (inspectors, technicians,other staff).
- Ensure all federal and state legal standards are met.
- Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-siteinspections.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, andorganizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Conductinternal audits.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or field related to theproducts being developed required.
- Three to five years of experiencein related field required with supervisory experience a plus.
