Role:
As the Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in upholding and advancing WCI’s commitment to high standards of care and compliance with DDS regulations. You’ll work closely with leadership and staff to implement quality performance standards, conduct audits, and deliver impactful training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement measurable quality performance standards. Conduct audits and needs analyses across residential and day program sites. Design and deliver training modules for Directors and Support Coordinators. Monitor and report on quality trends and outcomes. Coordinate Human Rights Committee activities and ensure compliance. Act as a consultant and resource for continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree + 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of experience. In-depth knowledge of DDS regulations and quality assurance practices. Experience in staff training and curriculum development. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively with Deaf staff and interpreters. MAP certification preferred.

$65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
