Quality Manager 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Sturbridge, MA 01566 Must have Metals experience We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Lead/Supervisor to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing quality control procedures, conducting audits, and as well as inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control processes to meet

ISO 9001

standards and other relevant industry guidelines. Conduct regular quality audits to assess areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective quality systems and procedures. Analyze data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for process improvements. Lead project management initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and optimizing manufacturing processes. Perform regular quality inspections to ensure products consistently meet the highest standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in quality assurance, QA/QC, and quality control. Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to lead quality improvement projects. Expertise in data analysis, with the ability to identify trends and implement corrective actions. Experience in conducting comprehensive quality audits and designing quality systems. Knowledge and practical experience with the

ISO 9001

Standard and industry best practices in quality management. #
