Manufacturing Quality Supervisor Position Overview:

 Lead quality control operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while managing quality teams and driving quality excellence across production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Leadership Direct quality control operations
Lead inspection teams
Manage quality processes
Drive corrective actions
Ensure compliance standards
Support quality objectives
Foster quality culture Team Management Supervise quality technicians
Lead quality inspectors
Manage daily assignments
Conduct performance reviews
Provide training and development
Coordinate shift coverage
Build team capabilities

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Associate’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or equal experience in related field
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Quality certifications (ASQ preferred)

Experience:

5+ years manufacturing quality experience
3+ years supervisory experience
Knowledge of quality management systems

ISO 9001

experience preferred
Statistical process control knowledge
