Quality Manager:

Louisville, MS. Pay $75-85K. Bonus eligible. Full Time on site. Monday – Thursday 7am-5pm. Fridays may be required as the position follows production schedule. Position Summary
Develops and maintains a quality system specific to

ISO 9001

2015, ISO 13485:2016 and FDA QSR Part 820 to ensure that all products manufactured meets customer requirements and supervises 7 quality technicians on site.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent. Management and Quality seminar training (both in house and outside) 2 years’ technical degree in related field preferred.
Experience
5 years’ applied experience. 5-7 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
Knowledge/Skills
Effective human relation skills and ability to delegate
Mathematical skills, use of general measuring tools, calipers, tape measures and gauges
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Ability to train associates technically in areas supervised
Strong problem solving, consensus building and team development skills
Physical Requirements
Close visual work on computer for long periods of time
Ability to read, write and communicate 100% of the time via phone, email or in person to internal and external customers
Moves frequently about the facility walking, bending, reaching and stooping
Able to remain in a stationary position standing or sitting at least 50% of the time
Occasionally lifts and/or carry objects about the facility up to 35lbs. or with the proper equipment
Work Environment
Typical manufacturing environment, exposed to fumes, noise and variation in temperature
