JOB DUTIES
Quality Assurance Duties:
Conduct regular quality documentation audits of all services provided in collaboration with operations. Coordinate ongoing monitoring of documentation accuracy as an oversight function. Identify and analyze quality of care issues. Ensure that Policy and Procedure are consistent and in compliance with applicable rules and regulations. Understanding, reporting and communication on licensure regulations, standards and oversight expectations for local, state and federal requirements. Development, implementation, oversight and communication of satisfaction surveys in collaboration with HR and operations.
Quality Improvement/Management Duties:
Implement and maintain accreditation in compliance with regulatory compliance and oversight regulations. Tracking and reporting compliance with accreditation standards. Implement an outcomes management system based. Provide reports for trend analysis to identify patterns, concerns or areas of improvement in services or practices. Develop a quality annual report on outcomes, demographics and quality of services. Provide training and oversight of the electronic health record system.
Human Rights Duties:
Track incident and investigation reporting and provides reports on trend analysis. Manage the Human Rights Committee and ensure compliance with regulations. Coordinate complaint and grievance activities. Coordination and reporting of investigations for those in services.
Risk Management:
Management of the policy and procedure tracking process for the organization and policy oversight for areas of responsibility. Safety Committee oversight and tracking Understanding, implementation and training of safety procedures and protocols for the organizations Review and trending of risk management – incident reporting, loss management, and investigations trending Support with billing and denials.
Training Duties:
Provide oversight, coordination and direct training for staff. Track, monitor and report staff training. Coordinating, scheduling and supervision of trainers as needed. Oversight, development and implementation of curriculum for training. Train staff for orientation and work with other trainers to provide the needed training.
Social Media:
Assist with the management of social media accounts for The Enrichment Center.
