QC Supervisor Role Overview Provides day-to-day supervision of Quality Control department and functions. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Provides direction to Syrup Blenders and Quality Control Technicians. Ensures all syrup, ingredient, and product testing is performed according to guidelines. Ensures all lab equipment is calibrated according to guidelines. Ensures all concentrate and raw materials are inventoried accurately. Maintains accurate record keeping. Fills in for syrup blenders and Quality Control Technicians when necessary. Provides back-up for the Quality Control Technician and manages Quality Control department in the Quality Control Manager’s absence. Responsible for Food Safety where applicable. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Provides direction to Syrup Blenders and Quality Control Technicians.
