About the Role We’re seeking a collaborative and driven Division Quality Manager to lead the development and execution of quality systems across our digital printing facilities. In this role, you’ll be a key player in shaping our commitment to world-class quality performance, ensuring every product we ship is complete, on time, and up to spec. This is an influential position that works cross-functionally with Operations, Art, Planning & Estimating, Customer Service, and Finance. You’ll also interface with vendors and be a core voice in our continuous improvement culture.
What You’ll Do:
Design, implement, and maintain scalable Quality Control processes and SOPs Develop and manage a document control system for policies, procedures, and controlled documents Lead Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action planning (RCA/CAPA) Oversee Vendor Quality Management and manage RMA workflows Drive internal audits and ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) Monitor and improve Cost of Quality (CoQ) metrics Champion training and development initiatives across all departments to support quality standards Collaborate cross-functionally to align product quality goals and drive process improvement
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree required – equivalent relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree. 5+ years of experience in a Quality Manager role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment Strong understanding of QMS, controlled documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies Experience driving corrective actions and facilitating audits Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and communicate quality objectives clearly High emotional intelligence and a collaborative leadership style Self-starter mentality with a hands-on approach to solving problem Nice to
Have:
