1. Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality management system, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance. 2. Oversee all operations that affect the quality of the project and including the inspection of materials,. 3. Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure that quality standards are understood and integrated into all construction phases. 4. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections, identifying any areas of non-compliance or potential quality issues. 5. Develop and implement strategies for continuous quality improvement, including training and development programs for staff. 6. Manage the investigation of any quality issues or complaints, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken. 7. Provide expert advice and guidance on quality matters, acting as the key point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. 8. Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics to senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering. 3. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality control procedures. 4. Strong understanding of industry safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements. 5. Proven experience in managing quality systems, conducting audits and inspections, and implementing corrective actions. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively. 7. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and develop staff. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. 9.
