Salary:

1. Develop,implement, and maintain the company’s quality management system,ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance.2. Oversee all operations that affect the quality of the projectand including the inspection of materials,. 3. Coordinate withproject managers and other team members to ensure that qualitystandards are understood and integrated into all constructionphases. 4. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections,identifying any areas of non-compliance or potential qualityissues. 5. Develop and implement strategies for continuous qualityimprovement, including training and development programs for staff.6. Manage the investigation of any quality issues or complaints,ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken. 7. Provideexpert advice and guidance on quality matters, acting as the keypoint of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.8. Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics tosenior management and clients.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degreein Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5years of experience in quality engineering. 3. In-depth knowledgeof construction processes, materials, and quality controlprocedures. 4. Strong understanding of industry safety standardsand regulatory compliance requirements. 5. Proven experience inmanaging quality systems, conducting audits and inspections, andimplementing corrective actions. 6. Excellent problem-solvingskills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issueseffectively. 7. Strong leadership and team management skills, withthe ability to train and develop staff. 8. Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectivelywith clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. 9.
