Doing:
Ensuring communication between QA Analysts and developers is open and frequent. Defining and implementing QA policies and procedures. Maintaining and improving the overall QA processes and frameworks. Ensuring test suites and test efforts are robust and current. Developing and managing test plans, reviewing test cases and test scripts, and evaluating test results to determine compliance with test plans and established business processes. Reviewing testing documentation and evaluating test process and results. Managing regression and User Acceptance Testing. Staying up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies. Constantly evaluating the process and results of the process of quality assurance and makes informed recommendations for continuous improvement in the process and products. Reviewing and revising automated test cases for accuracy and completeness. Managing a team of Quality Assurance Analysts; will mentor and teach other Analysts to help them improve their skills. Recruiting and hiring new Quality Assurance Anaylsts and being actively involved in process review and improvements. What You’ll Bring to the

A minimum of 6 years of work experience in software quality assurance. Expertise in software QA methodologies, processes, and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms. Experience in administering software QA tools like JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent. Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and bug reports. Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse testing activities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with the ability to take direction and work collaboratively. Proven ability to oversee the quality assurance of a development project from start to finish. Capability to provide guidance on testing tasks to others. Experience with automated testing tools. Basic knowledge of database management, including creating and executing SQL scripts. Demonstrated experience in test automation with a strong background in Python scripting. Proficiency in building and maintaining test automation frameworks. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or AWS. Ability to train Test Automation Engineers in adopting new technologies for test automation. Experience in developing policies to enhance product quality. Proven team management skills. A commitment to fostering a great and enjoyable work environment. Keen attention to detail with a self-starter attitude. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
