Warranty and Quality Assurance Manager:

A day in the life of a Warranty and Quality Assurance Manager is different each day as it is your job to oversee the onsite service team. As the manager, you will provide field support to the Area Service Managers including hiring, onboarding, holding weekly team meetings to encourage team collaboration, reviewing homebuyer communications, approving work order payments, maintaining warranty budgets in coordination with the accounting team, and creating and managing all departmental processes. While most of your day will be in the office, you will also be out in the field managing field activities, including, but not limited to, ensuring the completion of all warrantable related work as well as emergency requests and ensuring trade partners fulfill the timely completion of all scheduled tasks in a manner that is aligned with our quality standards. . Your expertise will be used to identify quality walk and warranty trends, where you will partner with internal teams to implement procedures that address them. You will also be an integral part of the resolution of any subcontractor and homeowner issues that arise, meeting with involved parties when necessary, regarding elevated warranty concerns.
