Job Description The Quality Control Manager (QCM) shall have full oversight of the quality control and management initiatives for facility systems at CMI’s large customer site in Wilmington, NC. Key Job Functions Responsible for the overall management and execution of the Contractor Quality Control plan Ensure that all performance objectives and standards are identified and achieved Responsible for the verification and compliance of work standards and timeliness and accuracy of the work performed Responsible for the oversight of audits, monthly reporting, and compliance with contract requirements Uses random sampling to evaluate process efficiency Reviews and validates reports of findings and ensures that action is taken or recommended Recommend changes in administrative procedures, methods, and standards Qualifications Bachelors Degree in related field At least five (5) years of experience in preparing and enforcing Quality Control for facility systems within a large federal or government facility Professional Engineer’s License, issued by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Engineers & Surveyors is a plus Ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders Strong organizational and prioritization skills Ability to work independent Additional Information CMI is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
