SUMMARY:

The Studio Quality Assurance (QA) Lead will be responsible for leading a Studio QA team, ensuring our product meets the established standards of quality. This includes design, performance, regulations of markets, and functionality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Champion the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values (MVV), consistently modeling them daily Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing QA team aligned with studio-wide quality goals. Establish, document, and maintain QA policies, procedures, and best practices. Drive continuous QA process improvements through collaboration with sister site and cross-functional teams. Analyze product specifications to define test requirements and ensure full coverage. Plan and execute product testing while managing resources and meeting delivery timelines. Communicate effectively on issues, objectives, KPIs, and team initiatives. Proactively identify and escalate quality concerns in accordance with defined protocols. Participate in planning meetings to ensure alignment on current and future projects. Support Project Managers in scheduling and tracking QA milestones and deliverables. Cultivate the growth of QA professionals across varying skill levels to support long-term team success. Review and advise on test plans with a focus on performance, stability, and device compatibility. Provide timely feedback, coaching, and career development support to QA team members. Operate as both a strategic people leader and a hands-on contributor in QA execution. Elevate critical risks and quality concerns to stakeholders for informed decision-making. Facilitate team meetings to set priorities, review test plans, and ensure timely execution of deliverables. Track record of delivering high-quality, successful product releases
