Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality control measures are understood and implemented at every stage of construction. Review construction materials, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards before they are used on-site Facilitate pre-construction meetings to discuss quality control practices and expectations with subcontractors and project team members. Investigate customer complaints related to construction quality, determining root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Provide QA/QC inspections using QA/QC Evaluation Checklist as related to scopes of work ensuring standards and best practice are followed by staff. Schedule QA/QC Status meetings with project teams to review Evaluation Checklist and make corrective actions as needed to comply with standards. Train staff on ongoing
NEC Code Changes, Best Practices Experience and Qualification Requirements Required:
Minimum of 5+ years experience in the Commercial and/ or Residential electrical field
Required:
MS Suites proficient (excel, word, outlook, etc.)

Experience to read blueprints
Required:
Ability to read code (electrical residential code) (NC preferred) Preferred Qualification Requirements Multi-Family project knowledge Fire Alarm License Completion of an Accredited Apprenticeship Program Physical Requirements Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting Must be able to speak English and hear to communicate Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull: objects, materials, controls and tools Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
