We Are Looking For The Sales Assistant will be responsible for quickly learning and developing a solid understanding of FDH products, sales policies, and internal procedures. Standards Champion the development and deployment of all the quality projects within the company Act as the Management Representative which oversee the QMS health Exhibit strong leadership, communication and critical thinking skills while leading the Quality Assurance department toward company goals and objectives Oversees internal and external audits and root-cause analysis based on the AS Standard Further develop the Quality Management System, implement, manage, and integrate for continuous improvement Design, implement and document procedures for process control, process improvement, and inspection Oversee the company IPC-620 and

training programs Communicate with customer and supplier quality representatives on quality issues Establish and implement metrics for monitoring system effectiveness, quality performance (Leading and lagging indicators) Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements and procedures Perform surveillance, support source inspections, and first article inspections and monitor the inspection system performance throughout the organization Maintain supplier development efforts, and establish a strong supplier quality program What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills): Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Minimum of 5-year experience in Quality Assurance Leadership Efficient computer skills and Microsoft Office 360 Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) In-depth understanding and knowledge of
