The Quality Manager oversees the organization’s qualitymanagement system, ensuring compliance with standards and drivingcontinuous improvement across all departments. This role involvesdeveloping and maintaining quality procedures, supervisingtechnical testing, analyzing performance data, and coordinatingcross-functional teams to uphold product and service excellence.

Client Details This company operates multiple manufacturingfacilities offering a broad range of custom injection moldingservices tailored to meet complex and varied customer needs. Theircapabilities include advanced molding techniques and extensivepost-molding services such as painting, decorating, welding, andassembly, providing comprehensive solutions across variousindustries.

Description Key Responsibilities:

Drive qualityexcellence and continuous performance improvements throughout theorganization. Maintain a strong understanding of the businessenvironment and its impact on company profitability. Review andevaluate product specifications and customer requirements to ensurealignment. Guarantee compliance with relevant national andinternational quality standards. Integrate environmental, health,and safety considerations into quality practices. Establish andagree upon internal quality standards. Collaborate with operationalteams to define and document processes and procedures. Leadcross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensivequality protocols. Systematically develop and maintain a clear,accessible quality management system for all employees. Implementand oversee quality controls and documentation management. Managetechnical staff conducting product tests and inspections, oftenwithin lab settings. Ensure testing procedures are accuratelyexecuted, results evaluated, and product adjustments investigatedas needed. Collect and analyze performance metrics againstestablished benchmarks. Prepare detailed technical and managementreports. Oversee the internal audit program and its scheduling.

Lead initiatives for ongoing product and service qualityimprovements. Identify and address training needs related toquality standards.

Supply Chain Management:

Partner with purchasingto define and monitor supplier quality standards and performance.

Evaluate suppliers’ product specifications and quality assuranceplans. Oversee supplier audit programs to ensure adherence toquality expectations. Profile Bachelor’s degree in MechanicalEngineering or a related field preferred. At least 5 years ofexperience in a Quality Engineering position. Thorough knowledge of

ISO 9001

2015 standards, including quality systems, procedures, andmanaging internal audits. Proficient in interpreting blueprints andcustomer specifications. Strong computer skills, with experienceusing word processing, spreadsheets, project management, andmanufacturing software. Excellent verbal and written communicationabilities, capable of engaging effectively with both customers andteam members. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled atmanaging multiple tasks simultaneously. Reliable and punctual, ableto work independently with minimal supervision, and maintainorderly documentation and files.
