BAE Systems Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business area is seeking a Program Quality Manager II in the Tactical Aircraft (TacAir) product line. This Manager will lead our Program Quality Engineers on production and development programs in New Hampshire. Oversight shall include, but not limited to, ensuring customer contract requirements are met, quality assurance, continuous process improvement, and lifecycle management. The role will be involved in writing Basis of Estimate, supporting proposals, Development, Production, Sustainment and/or Non-recurring Engineering Programs. The individual will work closely with the Customer, Program Management offices & Supplier Quality Teams along with other critical functions to provide world class program execution. Additionally, support corrective actions using quality science tools via 8D methodology. Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely. Required Education, Experience, & Skills A Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years work experience or 12+ years of experience in lieu of degree Self-starting problem solver with a fact based focus on continuous improvement. Strong and Demonstrated Communication Skills (written, verbal, visual) and interpersonal skills (listening and communicating within a group/team. Enjoys working with and coaching Quality professionals and other cross-functional team members to continuously improve execution success Understanding of the product lifecycle management process Experience leading and performing customer audits. Experience with Internal Manufacturing Readiness Assessment process (iMRA). Understanding the process for Basis of Estimate and proposals Understanding of Quality Science tools (APQP/PPAP, 8D RCCA, Statistical Process Controls, Lean Six Sigma) Self-starting problem solver with a fact-based focus on continuous improvement, and a demonstrated history of leadership People management experience Must be able to obtain Secret clearance Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified Active Secret clearance MBA Relevant industry standards (AS9100, AS9102 and AS9145) and customer specific requirements.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

$146670 – $249330 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
