This Quality Manager oversees the implementation and maintenanceof quality control processes to ensure products meet establishedstandards and specifications. This includes managing qualitycontrol technicians, conducting inspections, analyzing data, andimplementing corrective actions to prevent defects and improveoverall product quality. Quality Managerwill:

Supervise and train the Quality Team on procedures andprofessional development. Oversee inspections to ensure compliancewith internal and customer specifications. Investigate qualityissues and implement CAPAs. Maintain and review qualitydocumentation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives inmanufacturing processes. Collaborate with teams and suppliers onquality improvements and issue prevention. Manage non-conformingproducts and support audits. Verify incoming materials and CoAs,assist with calibration, and follow safety guidelines. Profile Asuccessful Quality Supervisor will have: 3-5 years QC/QA experiencein manufacturing (or equivalent), with prior supervisory/leadershipexperience required. Experience with ISO 9001, GMP, and otherrelevant quality standards. General understanding of validationprocesses. Strong oral and written communication, reading, and mathskills. Proficient in computer applications (e.g., SAP, MicrosoftOffice). Strong professionalism, organizational, and timemanagement skills; ability to multitask. Team-oriented with apositive and collaborative attitude; bilingual proficiency is aplus.
