Job Title:

Quality Control Manager Job Description As a Quality Control Manager, you will develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer and industry specifications. You will oversee the quality control team, including training, mentoring, and managing performance, while designing and implementing inspection and testing procedures for raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards. Oversee the quality control team, including training and performance management. Design and implement inspection and testing procedures. Conduct regular inspections and testing to identify defects or deviations. Improve measurement methods for efficiency and accuracy. Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of quality issues. Implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance manufacturing processes. Essential Skills Quality Management experience with a minimum of 5+ years. Background in Medical Device or Food manufacturing, preferably in Plastics manufacturing.

Work Environment This role is set in a dynamic, family-owned company renowned for its culture of care and collaboration. The organization is a leader in custom plastic bottle manufacturing, serving hospitals, households, and the food industry. The work hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. You will lead a team of 13 technicians and inspectors within a team of 142 onsite employees. The company is experiencing growth and is currently addressing challenges within the quality department.
