$60,405.80-$64,045.80
Shift:
Monday-Friday The Quality Improvement Director is integral to advancing the agency’s mission by directing the day-to-day operations of the Internal Quality Improvement processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Subject matter expert on applicable federal and state regulations, as well as agency policy and standard operating procedures, to oversee the internal quality improvement processes to ensure compliance and quality standards. Oversight of OPWDD Division of Quality Improvement (DQI) surveys, Safety Plans, Department of Health (DOH) surveys, and Office of Fire Prevention and Control (OFPC) surveys, including development of Plans of Corrective Action (POCAs) in response to deficiencies. Regular communication with agency leadership on trends identified through internal and external audits, as well as opportunities to improve quality and satisfaction with service delivery. Complies with all federal and state regulations, as well as agency policies and standard operating procedures. Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and 3-5 years of experience. Strong leadership and communication skills both written and verbal.
