Job Description
Quality Assurance Manager CTM Corporation 151 Industrial Dr, Frankfort, NY 13340 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality management systems, including AS9100/ISO9001, and will be responsible for overseeing quality inspections, audits, and project management within our organization. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our products and processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Duties Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with
AS9100/ISO9001
Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure that fabrication processes meet quality specifications. Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices, and regulatory requirements. Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics for senior management review. Qualifications Experience with CMM and Manual Inspection Proven experience in quality assurance or quality management roles within a manufacturing or production environment. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret drawings. Familiarity with GD&T ( Geometric Dimensioning And Tolerancing) is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
