The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, including ISO 13485 and FDA regulations, while fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with
ISO 13485, ISO
9001, and HACCP standards. Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in product quality and operational efficiency. Lead quality assurance initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction. Manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet quality objectives. Provide training and support to staff on quality-related processes and best practices. Analyze data from quality audits and reports to identify trends and recommend corrective actions. Ensure that all fabrication processes meet established quality standards. Skills Strong knowledge of
ISO 13485, ISO
9001, HACCP, and FDA regulations. Proven experience in managing quality systems and conducting quality audits. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in evaluating processes and outcomes. Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments. Ability to lead teams towards achieving quality objectives while fostering a positive work environment. Experience in quality assurance practices within manufacturing or related industries is preferred.
