Quality Manager Qualicoat Inc. Churchville, NY 14428 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role requires a strong background in quality assurance, project management, and familiarity with
CGMP, ISO 9001, ISO
13485, and FDA regulations. The Quality Manager will lead quality audits, implement quality control measures, and oversee the quality inspection processes to maintain excellence in our manufacturing operations. Duties Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with CGMP and ISO standards. Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Oversee the quality assurance processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure product integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project management initiatives related to quality improvements. Manage the quality control team to perform inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Analyze data from quality inspections and audits to prepare reports and recommend corrective actions as necessary. Ensure that all staff are trained on quality standards and procedures relevant to their roles. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting product quality. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline. Proven experience in a Quality Manager role or similar position within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of
CGMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485
standards, and FDA regulations. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Proficiency in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions based on findings. Familiarity with quality control techniques including inspection methods and statistical process control. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to identify issues effectively. Strong communication skills for collaboration across departments.
