Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance team and ensure our products consistently meet or exceed customer, industry, and government standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, supervising team performance, and ensuring compliance with quality standards such as FAT, PPAP, and AS9100. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of quality and production standards. The Quality Manager will work closely with upper management to set and achieve quality objectives while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the quality team to ensure they are meeting the company standards for employee performance and adhering to company directed quality control requirements Develop and implement quality processes to ensure final product meets or exceeds industrial customer and Government standards Develop, write, and/or review FAT, PPAP, AS9100 and other reports to ensure accuracy and acceptance by the end customer Collaborate with the upper management team to set quality standards and to achieve quality management goals Collaborate with the upper management team to set quality standards and to achieve quality management goals Collaborate with the upper management team to set quality standards and to achieve quality management goals Identify, implement, and improve quality control processes to ensure criteria are met that meet or exceed customer, industry, government, statutory and regulatory requirements Identify, implement, and improve quality control processes to ensure criteria are met that meet or exceed customer, industry, government, statutory and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
