Quality Manager – Precision Machining A high-precision aerospaceand industrial manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Quality Managerto lead company-wide quality efforts and maintain ISO 9001 andAS9100 certifications. This individual will manage internal andexternal audits, oversee FAIRs (AS9102), and lead theimplementation of PPAPs, PFMEAs, APQPs, and OEEs across production.
The role includes direct responsibility for root causeinvestigations, corrective actions, supplier quality programs, andprocess control systems (SPC, MSA). This position also includesmanaging and mentoring a team of 5 quality technicians andengineers, ensuring a culture of accountability, precision, andcontinuous improvement throughout the facility.
Requirements:
5years in a quality leadership role within machining or aerospacemanufacturing Deep understanding of ISO 9001, AS9100, FAIRs, PPAP,PFMEA, APQP Strong audit management, data analysis, and teamleadership skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, orrelated technical field Please submit a resume for consideration.
