Client Details We are currently partnered up with a growingElectronics Manufacturing company in their search to add a QualityManager to the team. The ideal Quality Manager will be responsiblefor developing and implementing quality management systems,ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuousimprovement initiatives to support the production ofhigh-performance, reliable electronic components and products. Description The QualityManager – Electronics Manufacturing will be responsible for thefollowing: Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s QualityManagement System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001, IPC, andcustomer-specific standards. Oversee inspection, testing, andauditing processes to ensure incoming materials, in-processproduction, and finished goods meet quality specifications. Leadroot cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA)processes for internal and customer-reported nonconformances.

Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams toaddress quality concerns and implement process improvements. Manageinternal and external audits, including ISO, customer, andregulatory audits. Maintain quality documentation, includingcontrol plans, FMEAs, work instructions, and test procedures. Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and otherquality tools. Train and mentor quality team members and productionstaff on quality standards and procedures. Communicate qualityperformance metrics and report on trends, issues, and opportunitiesto senior leadership. Support supplier qualification and ongoingvendor quality performance. Profile The ideal Quality Manager -Electronics Manufacturing will have the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technicalfield. 5 years of experience in a quality leadership role within anelectronics manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of ISO9001, IPC-A-610, and other applicable standards. Familiarity withsurface-mount technology (SMT), PCB assembly, and electronicstesting methods. Experience leading audits and managing QMSsystems. Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, controlcharts, and root cause analysis. Strong analytical,problem-solving, and communication skills. Certifications such asCQE, CQA, Six Sigma are preferred. Job Offer The successful QualityManager – Electronics Manufacturing will be rewarded with thefollowing: Base Salary of $90,000-$130,000 depending on experienceBonus
