Manager, Quality Control Position Available In Otsego, New York

MANAGER, QUALITY

CONTROLFusco Personnel is currently recruiting for a Manager of Quality Control to work in the Pittsfield, MA area. Our client is growing and seeking a Quality Control Manager who will be responsible for leading the Quality team and delivering on the company’s strategic goals.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or equivalent and related Military / Technical Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Control, ideally in precast or prestressed concrete manufacturing
• PCI Level II certification (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe)
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving frameworks
• Proven success leading teams in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project); familiarity with statistical software is a plus (e.

g., Minitab, JMP)

• Knowledge of concrete production processes and applicable ASTM, ACI, and DOT specifications
• Strong leadership skills with a history of promoting employee development and inclusion
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, and Customer Service teams
• Self-starter with strong organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities
