We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Quality Control Manager to oversee and improve quality control and assurance processes at our multi-site plastics manufacturing facilities. ​ This role ensures products meet internal standards and customer expectations for quality, reliability, and performance. ​

Key Responsibilities:

​ Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485). ​ Manage eQMS systems and lead CAPA processes for defects and complaints. ​ Oversee inspections, audits, and quality documentation. ​ Collaborate with production, engineering, and sales teams to meet quality requirements. ​ Train staff on quality procedures and prepare for audits. ​ Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles. ​ Manage calibration schedules and mentor quality team members. ​

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Quality Assurance. ​ 3+ years of experience in plastics manufacturing (e.g., injection molding, extrusion). ​ Knowledge of ISO standards, ASTM methods, SPC, FMEA, and PPAP. ​ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus. ​ Certification (CQE or CQA) preferred but not required. ​

Physical Requirements:

​ Ability to work on the production floor and lift up to 25 pounds. ​ Occasional travel within the state. ​

Full-time Pay:

$115,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
