Serve as the first point of contact for resolving manufacturing glitches, ensuring swift and effective solutions. Distribute responsibilities among team members to harness their strengths and optimize productivity. Organize and oversee training for your team, setting clear performance targets and reviewing outcomes regularly. Facilitate group initiatives to pioneer productivity improvements. Key Qualifications Experience in managing teams within a production environment for over a year. Bachelor’s degree, particularly in Operations Management, is preferred. Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma practices is highly beneficial. Competence in JDE and Lotus Notes will be required after three months.
