Quality Assurance Supervisor Position Available In Jefferson, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor tolead our 2nd shift QA team and ensure that our products/servicesmeet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will havestrong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solidbackground in quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor the Quality Assurance team to maintainhigh-quality standards. Develop, implement, and improve QApolicies, procedures, and protocols. Monitor and evaluate productquality through inspections, audits, and testing. Collaborate withproduction, engineering, and customer service teams to resolvequality issues. Analyze data to identify trends and implementcorrective/preventive actions. Prepare and present quality reportsto management. Ensure compliance with industry standards andregulatory requirements. Train staff on quality assurance bestpractices and standards. Manage QA documentation and recordsaccurately.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree Proven experience inQuality Assurance or Quality Control, with at least 2 years in asupervisory role. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, andstandards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, GMP). Excellent leadership andcommunication skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical andproblem-solving abilities. Proficiency with quality managementsoftware and MS Office. Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentand manage multiple priorities.
