Must Have(s): Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or related science. Advanced degree in an area of science, engineering or management is desirable. 15 years direct experience in Quality Assurance and

ISO 9000.

Manufacturing management and continuous improvement experience highly desired, Senior management preferred. Demonstrated record of success developing and implementing quality management systems in a Global organization. Knowledge and familiarity with a variety of lean tools and methodologies including Value Stream mapping, Standard Work, Pull Systems & Kanban, 5S/Visual Management. Familiarity with statistical techniques with demonstrated use in process improvement. Six sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certifications a plus. Trained in problem solving, team facilitation, and root cause analysis mandatory. Demonstrated teamwork and communications skills necessary. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills promoting teamwork and a positive work environment. Ability to work all levels from the production floor to the executive office. Minimum of 10 years of Management / Supervisor experience.

Job Type:

$170,000.00 – $190,000.00 per year
