We are looking for an experienced and detail-drivenQuality Manager to lead the quality assurance function at ouradvanced materials manufacturing facility. This role is critical inmaintaining our reputation for delivering precision-engineeredpolymer components used in high-performance applications acrossmedical, aerospace, automotive, energy, and other highly regulatedindustries. The Quality Manager will oversee the full scope of ourQuality Management System (QMS), from compliance and audits toproduct testing and staff development. JobDetails Key Responsibilities:

Lead the continuous development andoversight of the site’s QMS to ensure compliance with industry andcustomer standards Coordinate the investigation and resolution ofcustomer concerns, complaints, and nonconformances Serve as theprimary quality contact for customer and third-party audits, aswell as internal audit planning and execution Supervise all qualitycontrol operations from raw material verification to final productrelease Direct and coach the quality team to ensure performance,training, and professional growth are aligned with organizationalobjectives Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implementdata-driven improvements to enhance product consistency andreliability Manage the calibration program for inspection andtesting equipment to meet stringent accuracy requirements Partnerwith R D and engineering teams to ensure new productintroductions meet all internal quality criteria and customerrequirements Champion the use of problem-solving tools and qualitymethodologies (such as root cause analysis, CAPA, SPC, and FMEA)across departments Maintain and control quality documentation,policies, and procedures in compliance with applicable standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality,Materials Science, or a related technical discipline At least 5years of quality management experience in a regulated manufacturingenvironment Familiarity with

ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO

13485, orsimilar quality standards Experience working with high-performancethermoplastics or polymer extrusion is a strong advantageDemonstrated success leading audits and working closely withcustomers and cross-functional teams Strong analytical skills, acommitment to precision, and a proactive approach to continuousimprovement Interested in hearing more?
