Immediate need for a Manufacturing Quality Manager! •TS16949 Experience is a MUST•Quality Manager Desired Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor?s Degree from a 4 year college or university or ASQcertification and 5 years related experience.
Responsibilities and Competencies:
? Directly supervise the Quality assurance Team ? Lead training/development in quality processes and procedures ? Management representative for
ISO 9000 / TS16949
systems ? Create, implement and facilitate quality training for machineoperators ? PPAP submission approval and oversight ? Develop, implement, manage and improve Quality ManagementSystems ?
Customer interface:
ensure Total Customer Satisfaction ? Establish / follow efficient and effective document control ? Lean Manufacturing, 5S, waste elimination, continuous improvementSpecialist ? Experienced with OEM customer- specific requirements ? Experiences with Quality Tools, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, GapAnalysis, DOE, SWOT, JIT TAKT Time ? Corrective Action, Preventive Action (CAPA) ?
