We’re hiring a Manager of Plant Quality to join a dynamic and compliance-driven pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Greenville, SC. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a quality leader with strong regulatory knowledge and a passion for maintaining the highest product integrity standards.
In this key role, you’ll manage quality inspection activities across all shifts, lead a team of QA professionals, and ensure full compliance with FDA, DEA, and GMP regulations. Your leadership will be critical in supporting audits, investigations, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Do
? Lead and supervise plant QA inspection teams across shifts
? Ensure full compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and FDA/DEA requirements
? Review and approve SOPs, investigations, and change control documentation
? Actively participate in internal audits, FDA inspections, and customer visits
? Train, coach, and develop QA staff for performance and compliance excellence
? Partner with manufacturing and packaging teams to maintain quality standards
? Drive continuous improvement and support validation efforts
What You Bring
?? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
?? 5+ years of plant quality or QA/QC experience
?? 5+ years of leadership experience, including team development and performance management
?? Strong understanding of FDA, DEA, and GMP compliance requirements

Preferred:

Experience in food, drug, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
?? Excellent communication, critical thinking, and documentation review skills
?? Proficient in quality systems, audits, and investigation tools
