Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Supervisor inspects completed flooring to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met. Acting as the point of contact with customers; they must exude professionalism and integrity. Also must perform small repairs and touch-ups on LVP, hardwood, tile, carpet, and trim work to resolve minor issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the point of contact onsite. Communicating clearly and professionally. Conduct post-installation inspections to ensure quality, and compliance standards. Correct minor issues on-site. Perform small repairs and touch-ups as needed on: LVP (luxury vinyl plank); Hardwood flooring; Tile (floor and wall); Carpet (stretches, seams, patches); Baseboards and trim work. Document inspection results. Support training and coaching efforts for subcontractor crews when consistent quality issues arise. Ensure jobs are completed on time and to client satisfaction. Maintain organization.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in flooring, including LVP, hardwood, tile, carpet, and trim work. Detail-oriented. Committed to quality control and customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to troubleshoot and perform small repairs quickly and cleanly.
