This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who would thrive in a working management position! Sales experience is an added bonus as well! We are a commercial cleaning company searching for an individual who has strong experience in QA, supervising, and scheduling crews. Duties

• Oversee the day-to-day operations
• Training and overseeing cleaning teams
• Build Relationships with Clients
• Prospecting You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, training and managing team members, customer satisfaction, supply inventory, and scheduling throughout Middle TN, and surrounding areas.

Familiarity with the area is a must. Must be comfortable driving to different locations. Gas card with limit will be provided. Company car to follow after 90 day probational period. We want you out there working too, but you will be the person that everyone goes to for direction, scheduling, and quality. Interviewing and training new candidates will be an important part of the job. The position will require you to be at several different locations during the day so that you can perform your scheduled duties, as well as check on your crew’s performance. We want someone with an undeniably strong work ethic, flexibility, great communication skills, computer skills, and a willingness to show up and work hard for success. Cleaning experience in this field is not vital but desired.
