Quality Manager Position Available In Wilson, Tennessee

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full time Quality Manager for their plant located just outside of Lebanon, TN.

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• + Leading total product quality across the plant.

+ Driving quality improvements during production and preventing issues before production starts. + Developing and managing departmental budget and P&L accountability. + Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics and process improvements + Driving scrap reduction, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives + Leading Kaizen and manager meetings on daily basis. + Maintaining strong customer relationships and following up on quality concerns + Overseeing internal audits, and ensuring compliance with IATF standards + Providing direction, training and mentoring to direct reports.

• Qualifications:

• + Bachelor’s degree preferred + 5+ years of experience leading quality (or similar) within a manufacturing environment. + Automotive manufacturing background preferred + Strong knowledge of quality documentation, mechanical aptitude and understanding of root cause analysis, GD&T, and similar functions.
• Our client offers:

• Pay Details:

• $90,000.
