Position entails making quality assurance calls to our clients who consist of psychiatric hospitals and drug and alcohol treatment facilities in the US. The successful applicant will be dependable and have good computer skills, clear phone voice, be detail oriented, have a firm grasp of the English language and the ability to express your thoughts in writing.
