We’re seeking a Quality Control Technician to provide essentialinspection, analysis, and support to our Quality Team. You’ll playa vital role in achieving our quality objectives. This role offersthe flexibility to report to the Quality Manager, InspectionSupervisor, or Section Leader, depending on current needs. You will have the opportunity to: Lead and execute testing across the production cycle: Perform Workin Process (WIP), final inspection, and detailed dimensional andNon-Destructive Testing (including Dye Penetrant). Maintainaccurate records throughout.

Prepare essential reports:

Generate reports for products andcustomers, collaborating with staff as needed.

Support source inspections:

Ensure customer requirements are metduring source inspections. Contribute to our Quality Management System (QMS): Assist withcalibration, MRR, DMR, RMA processes, and more.

Requirements:

High school completion required, Minimum of two years’ experience in a technical or inspection rolepreferred (e.g., quality, engineering). Basic understanding of blueprint reading and use of basic handtools (micrometers, indicators, etc.) required. ASQ certification (Certified Quality Technician or similar),experience and knowledge of calibration, metrology, and qualitysystem auditing, or additional educational degree(s) preferred. Must be able to work the afternoon or midnight shift HP The selection of the person to be hired for this position iscontingent on the candidate having export compliance eligibilityfor access to U.S. controlled technology which comes under thelicensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State,International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S.Department of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations(EAR). The candidate selected will have to qualify as either a U.S.citizen, a U.S. National, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S.,a Person Admitted into the U.S. as an Asylee or Refugee., aNational of a country that is not prohibited from having access toU.S. controlled technology (via a letter of assurance), or a Personto be approved for an export license by the governing agency whosetechnology comes under its jurisdiction.
