Store Paperwork Auditor 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Cowarts, AL 36321 Store Paperwork Auditor Job Overview The position of Store Paperwork Auditor at Home Oil Company is responsible for the timely review of all paperwork submitted by the stores. This includes the verification of cash overage(s)/shortage(s), gallons overage/shortage, invoice accuracy, and all manually entered items at the store level (phone cards, money orders, etc.) The Retail Auditor should spot any items that do not seem correct at the store.

The top three results this position is responsible for achieving are: Timely Audit of paperwork Accurate analysis of all elements of the paperwork and paperwork processes Correct all mistakes that are found at the store level

Responsibilities and Duties:

The essential duties required to carry out this job are: Meets or exceeds all Core Value behaviors. Check accuracy of invoices entered by the store. Including invoices retailed correctly. Oversee the overage/shortage of gallons and cash. Validate the inventory counts and processes from the store. Check accuracy of fuel inventory.

Qualifications:

This position requires the following qualifications: Highschool Diploma or Equivalent Two years of Experience in C-Store industry Detailed Oriented Hard worker
