BASIC FUNCTIONS

The Analyst II will be responsible forsupporting and developing the quality improvement, risk adjustmentand/or plan performance processes. This includes monitoring andreporting of quality, risk and/or performance indicators,identification of opportunities for improvement, conductingqualitative barrier analysis, collaborating with business areas toidentify strategies for improvement and monitoring impact ofinitiatives. This position will monitor outcomes of key indicatorsincluding health status, health outcomes, member experience andoperational metrics and have an in-depth knowledge of regulatoryrequirements. The incumbent will work collaboratively with theinternal team to support research and analysis and incorporatepolicies and practices to ensure execution of a sound program tomaintain integrity of internal procedures. The incumbentestablishes and maintains partnerships with business areas and keypersonnel. This position will monitoroutcomes of key indicators including health status, healthoutcomes, member experience and operational metrics and have anin-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements. The incumbent willwork collaboratively with the internal team to support research andanalysis and incorporate policies and practices to ensure executionof a sound program to maintain integrity of internal procedures.

The incumbent establishes and maintains partnerships with businessareas and key personnel.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Rate

  • 100, 000 Total Comp
  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based onseveral factors, including the candidate’s education, workexperience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,etc.
