Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30

PM Responsibilities:

Maintain an organized and tidy laboratory. Operate production equipment as necessary for testing purposes. Conduct and document hardness testing, visual inspections, and other in-process/final inspections. Perform routine testing of critical equipment and document results according to prescribed schedules (e.g., daily, weekly). Assist Quality Assistant/Engineer (QA/E) as needed. Conduct weekly departmental inventory checks and communicate any shortages to the QA/E for replenishment. Alert the QA/E to any unusual problems or irregularities. Uphold safety protocols and promote good housekeeping practices. Participate in cross-training and skill development in both manufacturing and quality assurance fields.

Requirements:

2 year degree in a science or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe software. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate effectively. Previous experience in an ISO 9001, AS9100, or TS16949 certified environment. Self-starter with the capability to follow detailed instructions independently. Problem solving and RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) skills. CQT Certificate is preferred, but not required.

Growth Opportunities:

Work Environment:

The manufacturing environment is non-climate controlled and subject to varying temperatures, ranging from hot to cold depending on the season.
