Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Quality Assurance Associate! We’re seeking a dedicated professional to ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of our products and applications. This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days in-office required, and the rest of the week working remotely.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with QA Analysts and Developers to ensure comprehensive testing coverage of all system aspects
Participate in scope assessment, risk, and cost analysis in compliance with our system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodology (PMLC)
Provide testing management for ongoing projects and future initiatives, delivering effective and efficient testing solutions
Develop testing strategies and plans based on analysis of testing needs
Review and approve test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures
Ensure application documentation is complete and regularly updated
Skills Required:
Ability to infer from context rather than detailed instruction
Experience or knowledge in exploratory testing
Prior QA experience (preferred)
Experience with JIRA (preferred)
Ability to interpret technical documents to others (preferred)
A technical degree is a plus, but not required.
