Responsibilities:
Monitor operations to ensure production standards are metInspect, test, and measure products to verify quality and specificationsConduct quality assessments on all products ready to be shippedRead and understand blueprints, specifications, and ordersUse rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers to measure productsMonitor equipment to ensure safety and functionalityOperate inspection equipment or software if requiredIf a product fails the inspection, remove and report itResolve quality-related issuesRecord results of inspections through test reportsTrain the production team on quality control measures and inform them of any updatesRecommend production improvements to enhance the quality of products and production speedComply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gearMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
