Understand and follow all equipment safety protocols. Maintain a positive attitude and respect for coworkers. Adhere to company Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and attendance policies. Perform a visual inspection of all collected QC samples. Verify and record equipment conditions before use. Set up and perform required tests on all finished products to verify their conformity to quality standards. Daily cleaning of all equipment and work surfaces within the lab. Ability to follow troubleshooting guidance for technology and equipment. Proficiency with calipers and small hand tools such as screwdrivers and Allen wrenches. Cross-functional ability to work in any position in the lab. Report any violations of company policies or lab etiquette to management. Qualifications/Education/Special Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Ability to see small objects and part details. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to use step stools/ladders. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
